Elliptical Hits: Great Features of the Quantum Stride Medical Elliptical Trainer

  • High quality – A steel frame, sealed ball bearings, and eddy current brake system contribute to this machine’s durability. It weighs 305 pounds and has a 400-pound weight capacity. Fortunately, it arrives 90% assembled.
  • Full stride Quantum ellipticals have generous 21” strides.
  • Compact size – The Stride Q210-M measures just under 44”x32”.
  • Healthy ergonomics – Quantum’s medical trainer incorporates knowledge of healthy biomechanics. For instance, the small 1.75” spacing between pedals is ideal for protecting hip joints and knee joints. Additionally, the machine has a low step-on height and has handlebars to suit a wide range of body sizes.
  • Programs – Quantum workout programs provide plenty of variety. Some of the 12 options include manual mode, random mode, hill climbing, interval training, 5K workouts, and weight loss workouts.
  • Heart monitor – A contact monitor and wireless heart monitor are included.
  • OK warranty – Quantum medical elliptical purchases are protected with a lifetime warranty on the frame, a 3-year parts warranty (120 days on wear parts), and a year of labor.

Overall Rating for the Quantum Stride Q210-M Elliptical

The Q210-M is a top option for rehabilitative settings. It’s well-priced, has excellent ergonomics for most adults, and is made of durable parts. Some top competitors include the Landice E9 ElliptiMill – which has a longer warranty — and commercial elliptical trainers from Precor.
