The company is known for its environmentally responsible manufacturing facility and its relatively long warranties for its class.   • Heavy flywheels – Tunturi ellipticals have especially heavy drives for low-priced ellipticals. For instance, the C30 has a 17 kg (37.4 lb) flywheel.

The Tunturi elliptical line gets mixed reviews. On one hand, the C30 is an especially pared-down machine; it has only 8 resistance levels and a short 16” stride. It also gets negative consumer reviews. On the other hand, the T85 has a 19” stride, streaming video, and happy owners. There’s a lot of diversity among Tunturi ellipticals.
